The MHA is a non-profit organisation of the key hotels within the city centre and the Greater Manchester area. It is chaired and managed by the hotel General Managers and the MHA is dedicated to championing the vibrant Manchester Hotels scene. The main goal is to ensure the members have a voice to influence policy making and government decisions as well as having an input into marketing, tourism activities, careers, media and city matters as well as charity events, to name but a few of their activities.
The Manchester Concierge Network website is state of the art site offering city information for front desk staff. It is provided by The Manchester Concierge Network and World Class Service Limited. The Manchester Concierge Network is a network of the top concierges in the city, chaired by Russ Green of City Inn. Their goal is to share their knowledge and information about the city with each other. We're able to tap into that unrivalled knowledge, add in our own and provide you with an invaluable tool to give your guests or visitors the best information for their stay in Manchester. Congratulations to Manchester Airport, named Best European Airport at the sixth Annual ACI Europe Best Airport Awards in Milan on June 18th. Manchester won in the 10-25 million passenger category.
The judges were particularly impressed with the airport's approach to security.
