Showsec Scores High For World Class Service
Showsec has earned some fantastic recognition for their customer-friendly approach, passing a World Class Service audit with their highest scores to date.
Reports were commissioned by Showsec and conducted by independent auditors from World Class Service. Four of the most popular arena venues in the north of England were visited and assessed by an undercover auditor, before being awarded scores based on three key aspects of customer service: behaviour, processes and environment.
The Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle, FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield, first direct Arena in Leeds and Manchester Arena all earned exemplary results.
All four venues either matched or improved on their scores from the previous year, and all met the criteria to earn the World Class Service Standard.
