George Osborne, MP for Tatton and the Chancellor of the Exchequer has delivered his budget but what does it mean for your business and your customers?
The headline grabbing 1p reduction in fuel duty has met with a mixed response as both consumers and businesses have seen fuel prices rise dramatically in recent month and weeks. The chancellor has also removed the 5p increase that was due to come in next month but what is hiding in the detail?

Work experience and apprenticeships
A further 80,000 work experience places for young people and 50,000 apprenticeship places will be created duringthe next four years.
Personal Allowances
The income tax Personal Allowance for the under 65s will be increased to £8,105 from April 2012.
Small Business Rate Relief
The Small Business Rate relief holiday is to be extended by one year as from 1st October 2011.
Entrepreneur's Relief
The Entrepreneur's Relief lifetime limit is being doubled to £10 million.
