It is an exciting time for Showsec International Ltd, a World Class Service subscriber, which has recently received a string of accolades as well as reinforcing its commitment to development by launching its own training and development platform.

Showsec was named Favourite Security and Crowd Management company at the TPI Awards earlier this week , and last month received its highest ever score from the Approved Contractor Scheme, which assesses customer service processes within the security industry.

This recognition comes during a busy time for the company which is set to create over 2,500 new jobs working on live events over the summer of 2012.

However, Showsec continue to demonstrate their commitment to developing these staff, and for prioritising customer service, by simultaneously launching their new training and development platform.  This resource will help staff members to audit their professional development, and will ultimately be available as a commercial outlet.

Of this busy time for the company, Showsec director Simon Battersby says: “Last year was a great year for our company and it’s an honour that our hard work has been recognised by our fellow industry peers. We are constantly investing to develop best working practices, and to provide great customer experiences.”

World Class Service are delighted to be working with Showsec Limited in 2012 to assist them with their customer service delivery.  We love to work with organisations that understand the value of committing to the long term development of staff and who understand the centrality of Customer Service to commercial performance.
