Based in Manchester, England and with decades of venue and service experience in the team we are passionate about service excellence. We spend our time researching, carrying out service checks, gathering networks of like minded professionals together and championing the delivery of better service quality.
For the past 4 years we have worked with our subscribers and clients to help them improve service standards through face to face service behaviours, through service processes, through the physical service environment and through the individual touch points where customer deal with their business or received a tangible product.
But World Class is more than a service training company. We are also a movement, our subscribers not only benefit from association, tools and briefings and training support but we enable them to meet as a community, we lobby on central issues like the training hotel which will be a resource for the North of the UK not just a city.
We bring businesses together to network as a club and we make sure that each Subscriber provides a contact point so that as businesses we can create a community of outstanding practice and improve performance over time.
The community of businesses that we work with extends across the UK and into Ireland and includes Manchester City Football Club, Manchester Central, Manchester Hoteliers Association, Manchester International Airport, National Museums of Science and Industry, Dublin National Concert Hall, HQ Theatre Group, Milton Keynes Theatre and Birmingham Hippodrome. We are proud of them all for their commitment and hard work in delivering high standards of service to their customers.

Congratulations to Manchester Airport, named Best European Airport at the sixth Annual ACI Europe Best Airport Awards in Milan on June 18th. Manchester won in the 10-25 million passenger category.
The judges were particularly impressed with the airport's approach to security.
