With our head office based in south Manchester, World Class Service was established in 2006. We have decades of venue and service experience in the team and we are passionate about service excellence. We spend our time researching, carrying out service checks, gathering networks of like minded professionals together and championing the delivery of better service quality.
We work with our subscribers and clients to help them improve service standards through face to face service behaviours, service processes, the physical service environment and through the individual touch points where customer deal with their business or received a tangible product.
But World Class is more than a service training company. We are also a movement, our subscribers not only benefit from association, tools and briefings and training support but we enable them to meet as a community, we lobby on central issues like the training hotel which will be a resource for the North of the UK not just a city.
