World Class Service is an employer driven initiative dedicated to helping service companies in the lifestyle industries sector to deliver outstanding service. We work with 65 employers in Manchester including MOSI, The Bridgewater Hall, The Midland, Edwardian Radisson Hotel, MCFC, Bruntwood and Manchester Airport. We also provide consultancy support for other employers in the lifestyle sector on a national basis.

Subscribers to the Standard are from a diverse range of service provision including hotels, culture, sport, property and conferencing. They share a common interest in improving the quality of service delivery.

We offer simple, clearly written standards based on international best practice with independent audits, protocols and implementation support.

We cover face to face service delivery and the service environment.

We focus on putting skills in place where they are needed based on 25 years of direct real world management and by working with a wealth of service professionals and international contacts.

We promote best practice and work with our subscribers to help make the customer experience comfortable and a delight.
